As per notification of the GoWB, vide memo no. 693-Edn (CS)/4C-06/2026, dated 12.5.2026, the college has no active Governing Body w.e.f. 12.5.2026.
However, in compliance with a memo, no. 725-EH/O/CS/4C-06/2026, dated 22.5.2026, Dr. Samrat Laskar, Joint Director of Public Instruction, Department of Higher Education, Government of West Bengal, has been appointed as Administrator in lieu of the Governing Body who will function until further order.
